		<description>I had to use Qwest for years where I lived they were the only phone provider. But I am not surprised that a Fortune 500 company is behind on their bills. Many of these companies hold onto the money they should be paying out so that they look better on paper. Of course this is usually a way of trying to disguise that they are going under. Hopefully you can get the full amount owed sooner than later.</description>
