I am TOTALLY on board with issuing more tickets for bad driving as a revenue-raiser. My mother lives in a tiny town where they have no commerce, so their only sources of income are property taxes and traffic fines. They’ve got wide empty roads and really low speed limits to trick non-residents into speeding. The town next door changes speed limits on their main road every 50 feet.
